Vålerenga Fotball was one of four clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 03.
In addition to Vålerenga Fotball, 23 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 03. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Vålerenga Fotball could be found in Group E together with Hammarby IF FF, PR Academy and Mikkelin Palloilijat. Vålerenga Fotball continued to Play-Off B after reaching 4:th place in Group E. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Bærum SK with 4-5. In the Final, FC Djursholm won over Sjömarken/Sandared IF and became the winner of Play-Off B in Boys 03. Vålerenga Fotball comes from Oslo which lies approximately 420 km from Djursholm, where Invitational Cup takes place.
