Fortuna FF was one of 18 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 04.
In addition to Fortuna FF, 15 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 04. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Fortuna FF could be found in Group A together with Västerås IK, HJK Helsinki and AIK. Fortuna FF made it to Play-Off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Västerås IK, which they won with 10-2. Thereby Fortuna FF won the entire Play-Off B in Boys 04 during Invitational Cup 2015. Fortuna comes from Rydebäck which lies approximately 500 km from Djursholm, where Invitational Cup takes place.
