FC Real Göteborg was one of 21 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 03.
In addition to FC Real Göteborg, 17 other teams from 4 different countries played in Boys 03. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof FC Real Göteborg could be found in Group D together with IFK Lidingö FK, AIK and OLS. FC Real Göteborg continued to Play-Off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HJK Helsinki:White with 3-4. In the Final, JK Tallinna Kalev won over Crystal Palace FC and became the winner of Play-Off A in Boys 03. FC Real Göteborg originates from Djursholm, which is the same city as where Invitational Cup takes place.
