FBK Karlstad was one of 21 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2014. They participated with one team in Boys 02.
In addition to FBK Karlstad, 27 other teams from 7 different countries played in Boys 02. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof FBK Karlstad could be found in Group B together with FC Inter Turku, GAIS and IK Sirius FK. FBK Karlstad continued to Play-Off B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Sirius FK with 2-4. In the Final, Hammarby IF FF won over Vålerenga Fotball and became the winner of Play-Off B in Boys 02.
