IK Sirius FK was one of 18 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 03.
In addition to IK Sirius FK, 23 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 03. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IK Sirius FK could be found in Group C together with BK Höllviken, Crystal Palace FC and Käpylän Pallo. IK Sirius FK continued to Play-Off B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FC Djursholm with 0-5. In the Final, FC Djursholm won over Sjömarken/Sandared IF and became the winner of Play-Off B in Boys 03. IK Sirius FK also participated in Boys 03 during Invitational Cup 2014. They reached the 1/4 Final in B03 Play-Off B, but lost it against IFK Göteborg with 1-4.
