Holmen IF was one of four clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 03.
In addition to Holmen IF, 23 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 03. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Holmen IF could be found in Group A together with AIK, IFK Göteborg and FC Espoo. Holmen IF continued to Play-Off B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Käpylän Pallo with 5-6. In the Final, FC Djursholm won over Sjömarken/Sandared IF and became the winner of Play-Off B in Boys 03. Holmen comes from Nesbru which lies approximately 430 km from Djursholm, where Invitational Cup takes place. The area around Nesbru does also provide three additional clubs participating during Invitational Cup 2015 (Vålerenga Fotball, Stabæk Fotball and Bærum SK). 4 games playedGoals |
