PAOK FC was the only club from Greece that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2015. They participated with one team in Boys 04.
In addition to PAOK FC, 15 other teams from 3 different countries played in Boys 04. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof PAOK FC could be found in Group B together with BK Höllviken, FC Djursholm and PPJ Helsinki. PAOK FC made it to Play-Off A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against AIK, which they won with 5-1. Thereby PAOK FC won the entire Play-Off A in Boys 04 during Invitational Cup 2015.
