Paris Saint-Germain was the only club from France that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2016. They participated with one team in Boys 04.
In addition to Paris Saint-Germain, 19 other teams from 6 different countries played in Boys 04. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Paris Saint-Germain could be found in Group C together with IFK Göteborg, Stabæk Fotball, Djurgårdens IF FF and FC Djursholm. Paris Saint-Germain made it to Play-Off A after reaching 1:st place in Group C. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against PSV Eindhoven, which they won with 1-0. Thereby Paris Saint-Germain won the entire Play-Off A in Boys 04 during Invitational Cup 2016.
