Harju JK was one of two clubs from Estonia that had teams playing during Invitational Cup 2016. They participated with two teams in Boys 05 and Boys 04 respectively. The team in Boys 04 made it to the the 13-14 in Play-Off Cand won it over IFK Göteborg by 2-0.
